Return Policy

If you are unsure about your purchase, orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placement.

Once order is shipped, cancellations are no longer an option.

No returns or exchanges are accepted. 

All sales are final unless item is damaged during transit (with proof) or if wrong item was received. Must make goobyz aware within 1 week of delivery.

If item is marked as "delivered" but was not received, please reach out as a claim must be made with carrier and followed through before refund can be processed.
